Banana apple wholemeal cinnamon muffins

Ingredients:
  • 300.00 gm wholemeal self-raising flour
  • 125g oil
  • 193.13 gm milk
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 135.00 gm brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 5.00 gm ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 180C (fan-forced).
  • Cut the apple into small triangular shapes. Split the banana in half and then slice it lengthwise.
  • Combine the flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl, and thoroughly mix together.
  • Combine the milk, oil, and egg in a separate bowl, mixing thoroughly.
  • Create a crater in the dry ingredients and gently stream in the wet mixture. Stir everything together using a wooden spoon until fully combined.
  • Combine the fruits with the mixture until fully incorporated.
  • Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, filling each one about 3/4 full.
  • Transfer onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • Transfer the muffins onto a decorative serving platter and let them cool for 5 minutes.
