Banana cupcakes studded with chocolate chips for the perfect sweet treat.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips in a large bowl, mixing well to create a well in the center.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the egg until frothy. Add cooking oil, milk, and bananas. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined - making sure to leave the batter lumpy. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
  • Cook in a hot oven at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
