Quick and effortless banana mug cake for a single serving, ready in minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons self-rising flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 3 crushed pecans, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large microwave-safe mug, mix together flour, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla sugar. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Stir in oil, milk, mashed banana, and pecans until well combined and flour is fully incorporated. Enjoy!
