Irresistible deep-fried banana pancake pops - dangerously delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying, or as needed
  • 1.75 cups pancake mix
  • 1 cup water, or as needed
  • 2 bananas, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a large saucepan until it reaches 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine pancake mix and water until the batter is silky. Coat each banana slice with the pancake batter.
  • In a shimmering pool of oil, gently sizzle a small batch of banana slices until they turn a golden hue, around 1 minute each side. Lift them out with a slotted spoon onto a plate lined with paper towels. Dust with a sweet sprinkle of sugar and cinnamon over the pancake pops.
