Whip up a luscious banana cream cheese pudding with layers of vanilla wafers, condensed milk, and fresh bananas for a quick and decadent no-bake treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 0.5 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers
  • 4 bananas, sliced
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, whip cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk and pudding mix, then slowly incorporate cold milk until smooth. Stir in vanilla, and gently fold in half of the whipped topping.
  • Start by creating a base of vanilla wafers in a 9x13-inch dish. Next, evenly place sliced bananas on top. Cover with the pudding mixture and finish by topping it off with the remaining whipped topping.
  • Refrigerate and let the flavors meld for a minimum of 3 hours before serving.
