Banana Pudding with Chessmen Cookies

Creamy banana pudding layered with Chessmen cookies, perfect for make-ahead indulgence. A delectable holiday treat!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant French vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
  • 2 (7.25 ounce) packages butter cookies (such as Pepperidge Farm® Chessmen®)
  • 6 medium bananas, sliced
Instructions:
  • Whisk pudding mix and milk in a bowl for 2 minutes until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, mix condensed milk and cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping, followed by the pudding mixture.
  • Create a bottom layer with half of the cookies in a 9x13-inch pan. Add half of the bananas and half of the pudding mixture. Then, layer the rest of the bananas, the remaining pudding mixture, and the remaining cookies on top.
  • Allow the dish to cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours before enjoying.
