Creamy banana pudding with graham cracker layers, only 5 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 3.5 cups cold 2% milk
  • 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant French vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (1.3 ounce) envelope dry whipped topping mix (such as Dream Whip®)
  • 0.5 (14.4 ounce) package graham crackers, or more as needed
  • 2 large bananas, sliced, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine milk, pudding mix, and whipped topping in a large bowl, whisk together until thick and creamy using an electric or hand whisk.
  • Snap graham cracker sheets in half to create squares.
  • Start by lining the 8-inch square baking pan with 9 graham cracker squares. Arrange half of the banana slices in even rows on top of the crackers, then spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the bananas using a spatula. Repeat the layers once more. For a finishing touch, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top, if desired.
  • Chill in the fridge until completely cold for at least 4 hours. Cut into 9 squares before serving.
