Elevate your Sunday pancakes with bananas, walnuts, and warm maple syrup in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  • Combine egg, milk, oil, bananas, and walnuts until mixture is well blended with a slightly lumpy batter.
  • Preheat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle. Cook until golden brown on both sides, then serve hot.
