Banana chocolate chip pecan pancakes drizzled with maple syrup for a decadent breakfast treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Real maple or maple-flavored syrup
  • Sliced bananas
  • Additional chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Mash 2 bananas in a small bowl. In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, and eggs until combined. Gently fold in mashed bananas, chocolate chunks, and 1/2 cup pecans.
  • Prepare the griddle with a light coating of cooking spray and heat it over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top and the edges are dry, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  • Top pancakes with a drizzle of syrup, sliced bananas, and extra pecans.
