Vegan banana chocolate sorbet with cinnamon and almond milk - a simple, rich, and refreshing summer dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 3 large very ripe bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk, or more as needed
  • 2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder (such as Hershey's® Special Dark)
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a high-powered blender, blend frozen banana, almond milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until creamy and smooth. If needed, add more almond milk to reach desired consistency, scraping down the sides of the blender as you go.
  • Enjoy the soft serve right away, or enhance the texture by freezing for 1 to 2 hours.
