Indulgent banana and oat cake, perfect for celebrating with loved ones on special days.
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 cup milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 10 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 1.25 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1.25 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 cup oats
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine the milk and vinegar in a bowl.
  • Combine white sugar, vegetable oil, milk mixture, brown sugar, and butter in a bowl; stir in baking soda and baking powder. Mix in oats. Gradually add flour one cup at a time, folding in bananas until well combined. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the oven until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 45 minutes.
