Barbecue Chicken Bacon Ranch Cheese Dip

Delicious bacon-wrapped barbecue chicken bites served with creamy ranch dip – ideal for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 container (8 oz) sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dip mix (from 1-oz package)
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced, green and white parts separated
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • Crackers, as desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Combine 1 1/2 cups of Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dip mix in a medium bowl. Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  • Combine chicken, barbecue sauce, and green onion whites in a bowl. Spread mixture over the cheese in the baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese on top, followed by the cooked bacon. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbling around the edges.
  • Garnish dip with sliced green onion tops and serve with crackers.
