BBQ beef meatballs coated in sticky homemade sauce, baked to perfection. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1.5 cups fresh bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for a perfectly cooked dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, onion, and salt. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, then pour barbecue sauce over them and continue baking for an additional 35 minutes.
