Gather loved ones for flavorful smoked meatballs - a delicious crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 600g beef mince
  • 187.50 ml fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 small brown onion, grated
  • 100g rindless shortcut bacon rashers, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 93.23 gm smokey barbecue sauce
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped fresh chives
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • Salad leaves, to serve
  • Smokey barbecue sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, bacon, garlic, barbecue sauce, and chives. Season with salt and pepper, then blend well. Shape the mixture into small balls using a level tablespoon and place them on a plate.
  • Skewer 3 balls on each stick. Grease a barbecue plate or grill with oil and heat over medium-high. Grill skewers, flipping occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Plate alongside a fresh salad and your favorite sauce.
