Try these mouthwatering BBQ pork ribs!
Ingredients:
  • 500ml (2 cups) hot water
  • 2 pork rib racks
  • 130.00 gm tomato sauce
  • 76.25 gm Worcestershire sauce
  • 45.00 gm brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 40.00 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 23.40 gm Dijon mustard
  • 7.50 gm paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 2.50 gm ground cumin
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan forced then combine tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, vinegar, mustard, paprika, oregano, and cumin in a large saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir continuously over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Increase the heat to medium and bring to a simmer. Stir constantly for 5 minutes until slightly thickened, being careful not to let it boil. Allow to cool.
  • In a roasting pan, mix hot water and 2 tablespoons of glaze. Add the ribs and cover the pan tightly with foil. Bake the ribs at 350°F, turning once, for 2 hours or until tender.
  • Coat the ribs evenly with the leftover glaze. If the glaze is too thick to coat, transfer it to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals on Medium until slightly thinner.
  • Heat up a barbecue grill or chargrill pan on medium. Grill the ribs for 4-5 minutes on each side until they develop a caramelized and slightly charred exterior. Then, transfer the ribs to a chopping board.
  • Cover the ribs with foil and let them rest for 2-3 minutes. Then, slice between the ribs with a large sharp knife and plate them on a serving platter.
