Savor finger-licking sticky pork ribs.
Ingredients:
  • 2kg pork spare ribs
  • 250ml tomato puree
  • 85.80 gm (1/4 cup) honey
  • 44.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 60ml hoisin sauce
  • 60ml lemon juice
  • Oil, to brush
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 190°C for the perfect cooking environment.
  • Place the ribs in a roasting pan in a single layer and cook for 45 minutes until tender. Next, transfer them to a glass or ceramic dish, remove any excess fat, and let them cool slightly.
  • Mix together the tomato puree, honey, sweet chili sauce, hoisin sauce, lemon juice, and garlic until well combined. Pour the mixture over the ribs, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until ready to cook.
  • Preheat the barbecue to high, brush with a touch of oil, then grill the pork ribs for 15 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the marinade until they are golden and crisp.
