Treat your loved ones to delicious homemade biscuits made with Original Bisquick® mix.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F and lightly grease 2 cookie sheets with shortening or cooking spray.
  • Combine Bisquick mix, buttermilk, and 5 tablespoons of melted butter in a medium bowl, stirring with a fork or whisk until just blended. Next, knead the dough briefly on a lightly floured surface before pressing or rolling it out to 1/2-inch thickness. Then, use a floured 1 1/2-inch round cutter to cut out rounds of dough and place them on cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush the biscuits' tops with 1 tablespoon of melted butter and serve warm.
