Delicious no-wine cheese fondue with bold Cheddar, garlic, and mustard flavors. Ideal for dipping bread and veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ground dry mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 6 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Combine milk, flour, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and garlic in a medium saucepan over gentle heat, simmer until just under boiling.
  • Add the Cheddar cheese slowly while stirring continuously until completely melted.
  • Transfer the mixture to a fondue dish to keep it warm and melted.
