Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups half-and-half cream
  • 0.25 teaspoon white pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounces Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
  • 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Instructions:
  • Collect all the ingredients needed while preheating the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Combine cream and eggs in a large bowl and season with white pepper, nutmeg, and salt. Spread shredded Jarlsberg and mozzarella in the pie shell.
  • Drizzle the luscious egg mixture over the decadent cheese.
