Sweet and tangy slow cooker meatball appetizer with cranberry, chili, and sauerkraut.
Ingredients:
  • 27 ounces Bavarian-style sauerkraut, undrained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle tomato-based chili sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen meatballs
Instructions:
  • Combine sauerkraut, cranberry sauce, chili sauce, water, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  • Add the meatballs to the slow cooker and generously coat them with the sauce. Let them cook on Medium heat for around 4 hours, stirring occasionally, until they reach an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees F (71 degrees C).
