Tender slow-cooked pork in savory beef broth, smothered in tangy barbecue sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
  • 3 pounds boneless pork ribs
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
Instructions:
  • Add a can of beef broth and boneless pork ribs to the slow cooker. Cook on High for 4 hours until the meat easily shreds. Remove and shred using two forks - trust the process, it will come together.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then combine the shredded pork with barbecue sauce in a Dutch oven or iron skillet.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
