Baked oatmeal bars with cranberries, coconut, and nuts - a delicious grab-and-go breakfast for the whole family!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch white sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 egg, or more to taste
  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.25 cup flaked coconut
  • 0.25 cup chopped nuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine oatmeal, baking powder, and sugar in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and egg, then pour into the oatmeal mixture and mix well. Fold in cranberries, coconut, and nuts, then evenly spread the mixture in the baking dish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until edges start to brown, about 50 to 60 minutes.
