Transform classic beef burger with bold Asian flavors for a spicy twist.
Ingredients:
  • 85g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp wasabi
  • 4 lean Aussie beef burgers
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, finely chopped
  • 160g drained roasted red capsicums, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, halved, peeled and finely chopped
  • 4 bread rolls
  • 60g baby Asian salad
Instructions:
  • Sear the burgers in a spacious nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 4 minutes on each side, until beautifully golden and fully cooked.
  • Mix the creamy mayonnaise with the spicy wasabi for a flavorful kick.
  • Mix together the cucumber, capsicum, and avocado. Set aside.
  • Cut the rolls in half and toast the cut sides. Spread the bottom halves of the rolls with the zesty wasabi mayo. Layer with Asian salad greens, burger patty, and salsa. Serve with the top halves of the rolls.
