Satisfy your Mexican food cravings with these quick and delicious beef and bean burritos. Tender shredded beef, creamy refried beans, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato come together in just 30 minutes for a family-friendly meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups shredded cooked beef
  • 1 cup from 1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ Traditional Refried Beans
  • 8 flour tortillas (10 inch)
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
Instructions:
  • In two 1-quart saucepans, warm beef and refried beans separately over medium heat for 2 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through. Follow tortilla warming instructions on the package.
  • Lay a generous portion of beef in the middle of each tortilla. Add a spoonful of beans on top of the beef. Finish by layering lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese evenly on top.
  • Fold one end of the tortilla up about 1 inch over the filling, then fold the right and left sides over the folded end, overlapping. Lastly, fold the remaining end down.
