Created a delicious marinade that enhances the natural flavor of beef without overpowering it.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (16 ounce) beef sirloin steaks
  • 0.25 cup dark beer
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Fire up the grill to high heat.
  • Pierce steaks all over with a fork and place them in a large baking dish. Combine beer, teriyaki sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl. Pour the sauce over the steaks and allow them to marinate for about 5 minutes. Season with half the seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then set aside for 10 minutes. Flip the steaks, sprinkle on the remaining seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and continue marinating for another 10 minutes.
  • Take the steaks out of the marinade and transfer the marinade to a small saucepan. Bring it to a boil and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Prepare the grill grate by lightly oiling it. Grill the steaks for 7 minutes on each side or until they reach your preferred level of doneness. In the final moments of grilling, brush the steaks with the boiled marinade to boost their flavor and lock in juiciness.
