Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 0.75 cup packed brown sugar
  • 8 pork chops
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for a perfectly heated cooking environment.
  • Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and beer in a medium bowl, ensuring everything is mixed well. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and place the pork chops on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until internal pork temperature reaches 145 degrees F. If pork chops brown too quickly, cover with foil.
