Delicious beer-infused cheesy ranch dip, perfect for pretzels or veggies. Just mix and chill.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup beer, or as needed
  • seasoned salt to taste
  • cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese and ranch dressing mix in a bowl until smooth, then mix in Cheddar cheese. Slowly add beer until it reaches your preferred consistency. Stir in seasoned salt and cayenne pepper. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
