Cheesy beer dip with garlic, perfect for sharing with Pretzel Crisps®.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 0.5 cup beer
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • Paprika
  • 1 (7.2 ounce) package Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C, and lightly grease a glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Combine shredded cheese, softened cream cheese, garlic cloves, and beer in a food processor until smooth. Mix in cornstarch and a dash of paprika. Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
  • Bake in a hot oven until bubbly, around 35 minutes. Enjoy with Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®.
