Cheesy beer dip with garlic, perfect for sharing with Pretzel Crisps®.
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 0.5 cup beer
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- Paprika
- 1 (7.2 ounce) package Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C, and lightly grease a glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine shredded cheese, softened cream cheese, garlic cloves, and beer in a food processor until smooth. Mix in cornstarch and a dash of paprika. Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Bake in a hot oven until bubbly, around 35 minutes. Enjoy with Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®.
