Spicy beer cheese dip - ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 loaf (16 oz. box) VELVEETA™ Original Cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup regular or non-alcoholic beer
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • Assorted raw vegetables
Instructions:
  • In a 3-quart saucepan, simmer cheese and beer over medium heat, stirring continuously until the cheese is melted and the mixture is silky. Incorporate pepper sauce.
  • Transfer the cheese mixture to a fondue pot or a 1- to 2 1/2-quart slow cooker on low heat setting. The dip can be kept warm for up to 2 hours in the slow cooker. Enjoy with a side of assorted vegetables.
