Ingredients:

cooking spray
6 beets, scrubbed
2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

Collect all your ingredients and preheat an outdoor grill on high heat.
Spray one side of a large piece of aluminum foil with cooking spray. Arrange beets and butter on foil; season with salt and pepper.
Cover the beets with foil and grill until very tender, for about 30 minutes.
Let the beets cool for 5 minutes before serving. No need to peel - dive in and enjoy!
