Balsamic and vanilla marinated berries - a flavorful fruity delight.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 64.00 gm brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 500g strawberries, halved
  • 250g blueberries
  • 250g raspberries
  • 250g Greek-style yoghurt
  • Mint leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a jug, blend vinegar, sugar, and vanilla until the sugar dissolves. Transfer the mixed berries to a large glass bowl.
  • Ladle the berry mixture into bowls, add a dollop of yogurt, and finish with a sprinkle of fresh mint leaves.
  • Drizzle the tangy vinegar mixture over the fresh berries, allowing them to soak up the flavors for 10 minutes. Drain any excess liquid and refrigerate until you're ready to enjoy this refreshing dish.
