Creamy evaporated milk and egg create a perfectly moist and delicious breakfast sausage ball.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound bulk breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix
  • 10 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup evaporated milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, blend sausage, baking mix, Cheddar cheese, egg, and evaporated milk until fully incorporated on low speed.
  • Roll the sausage mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on baking sheets.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until the center is no longer pink. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
