Best Ever Fudge

Easy and delicious Christmas fudge, perfect for making ahead and freezing for up to 3 months!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 25 marshmallows, quartered
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 11x16 inch jelly roll pan by greasing it.
  • In a large, heavy saucepan, bring together sugar, milk, vanilla, and butter. Stir occasionally as you bring it to a boil. Let it boil for 2 minutes.
  • Take the mixture off the heat and fold in marshmallows, semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and unsweetened chocolate. Stir until everything is melted and smooth. Add nuts and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the pans. Allow it to rest for a minimum of 24 hours before cutting into squares. For effortless cutting, refrigerate the fudge.
