Green beans in creamy cheese sauce topped with crispy fried onions - a holiday favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans green beans, drained
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine fresh green beans and creamy condensed soup in a large microwave-safe bowl, ensuring they are thoroughly mixed. Microwave until heated through, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Mix in the Cheddar cheese with the green beans and microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a casserole dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom. Top with French-fried onions and the rest of the Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake until the cheese is gooey and the onions are caramelized, approximately 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
