Irresistible monkey bread made effortlessly with canned biscuits, cinnamon-sugar, for a gooey breakfast delight.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 (12 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 cup raisins
  • 0.5 cup margarine
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9- or 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
  • Combine white sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag, then quarter the biscuits. Shake 6 to 8 biscuit pieces in the sugar-cinnamon mix.
  • Layer biscuit pieces in the prepared pan, ensuring they are all coated and arranged evenly. If using walnuts and raisins, intersperse them among the biscuit pieces as you layer.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with brown sugar until caramelized, then boil for 1 minute. Drizzle the delicious mixture over the biscuits.
  • After baking in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate for a fun pulling-apart experience.
