Ingredients:
  • 3 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Thoroughly rinse pumpkin seeds to remove any sticky residue or fibers.
  • Brush the cookie sheet with luscious melted butter. Spread the pumpkin seeds evenly on top, then generously sprinkle with salt and a touch of water for a perfect crunch.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, remember to shake the pan occasionally for even baking.
