Celebrate with delicious cookie pops using Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix and icing.
Ingredients:
  • Flour, butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch for cutout cookies
  • 24 craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)
  • Betty Crocker™ Cookie Icing in desired colors
  • 1/4 cup Betty Crocker™ Decorating Decors multicolored candy sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Combine cookie mix, flour, butter, and egg in a medium bowl until a dough forms. Shape the dough into a ball, flatten slightly, then wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness and use a 3-inch party hat-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes. Place the cutouts on ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart, and insert a craft stick halfway into the center of each cookie.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges turn golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then transfer from baking sheets to wire racks. Let cool completely, then add icing and candy sprinkles for decoration. Allow decorations to set before serving.
