Try our savory Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza for a cheesy brunch twist on a classic dish. Perfect for lazy weekends with family!
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 (16 ounce) package breakfast sausage
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
  • 1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust
  • cooking spray
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or as desired
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the sausage by cooking and stirring for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Add flour and stir until dissolved, then pour in 2 cups of milk. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the gravy thickens, about 10 minutes. Season with black pepper to taste.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfect cooking environment.
  • Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet and generously brush it with flavorful olive oil. Then, evenly spread half of the delicious gravy over the olive oil-covered crust.
  • Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and 1/4 cup milk. Pour into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are fully set, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Cover the pizza with fluffy scrambled eggs and a generous amount of sharp Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake until the crust is golden brown and the top is bubbling, about 10-15 minutes in the preheated oven.
