Quick and easy 4-ingredient bread with a rustic, bold flavor. Perfect with soups or as gourmet breakfast toast.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 bottle or can (12 oz) light beer
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Generously grease the bottom of a 9x5-inch loaf pan with 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Combine Bisquick mix, sugar, and beer in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed. Transfer the mixture to a pan.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown, 45 to 55 minutes.
  • Microwave 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter in a small microwavable bowl until melted on High. Brush the melted butter over the warm loaf. Allow the loaf to cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
