Juicy veal burgers; gourmet taste, easy prep. Ideal for your next BBQ feast!
Ingredients:
  • 1 slice bread, torn into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound ground veal
  • 4 (1 ounce) slices Cheddar or pepper jack cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine torn bread with milk and Worcestershire sauce. Add egg and mix well. Season with basil, rosemary, and pepper. Incorporate veal evenly into the mixture and shape into four patties.
  • Heat up the grill until it reaches medium temperature.
  • Oil the hot grill. Cook veal burgers to your liking for around 5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Add a slice of cheese to each burger and let it melt for about 1 minute before serving on buns.
