Ingredients:
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 cups chopped black walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and grease the cookie sheets for baking.
  • Combine eggs and sugar in a medium bowl until smooth. Gradually fold in sifted flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix in nuts evenly.
  • Using a teaspoon, place dollops of the mixture onto the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the sheet before transferring.
