Indulgent blonde brownies - perfect sweet treat for any time of day.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1.3333333730698 cups brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line an 8x8x2-inch baking pan with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil.
  • Combine the flour and baking powder with a gentle whisk until well mixed.
  • In a large bowl, blend brown sugar and butter until well mixed. Incorporate egg, vanilla, and flour mixture and continue blending until fully combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips and cranberries.
  • Carefully transfer the batter into the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and slightly coming away from the sides of the pan.
  • Allow to cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes prior to serving.
