Elevate pork chops by stuffing them with a decadent mixture of blue cheese, fresh apples, and pecans for a gourmet twist. Delicious and indulgent!
Ingredients:
  • 2 boneless pork loin chops, butterflied
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • garlic salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and generously grease a shallow baking dish.
  • Combine the blue cheese, bacon, and chives in a bowl. Divide mixture in half and shape into balls. Stuff each butterflied pork chop pocket with a ball, secure with toothpicks. Season with garlic salt and pepper (considering the saltiness of blue cheese). Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or longer for thicker chops, until the stuffing is hot and the chops reach your preferred doneness. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley before serving.
