Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 0.5 cup diced onion
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350°F (175°C) and neatly line a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil.
  • Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, blue cheese, onion, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Form the mixture into 22 meatballs and place them on a prepared pan.
  • Bake the meatballs until they are perfectly firm, hot, and grey in the center, which should take around 30 minutes. Verify their doneness by inserting an instant-read thermometer into the center; it should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
