Ingredients:
  • 0.5 pound bacon
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces blue cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped walnuts or pecans to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to a piping hot 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Fry chopped bacon in a large skillet until almost cooked. Add garlic to the skillet. Transfer mixture to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
  • Combine bacon, cream cheese, and blue cheese in a medium mixing bowl, then transfer to a casserole dish. Top the dip with nuts.
  • Bake until golden brown, typically 30-40 minutes.
