Energizing blueberry spinach smoothie for long-lasting focus and satisfaction.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 handful fresh spinach, rinsed
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup whole raw almonds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax meal
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • Pinch of ground cardamom
  • milk, as needed
Instructions:
  • In a high-speed blender, combine blueberries, Greek yogurt, spinach, banana, almonds, flax meal, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and cardamom. Blend until smooth for 1 to 2 minutes, adding milk as needed to reach your desired consistency.
