Refreshing blueberry-watermelon smoothie with a hint of spinach, ideal for summer cooling.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cubed seeded watermelon
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 0.5 cucumber, sliced
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
Instructions:
  • In an electric blender, combine watermelon, blueberries, banana, and cucumber. Blend until smooth. Add spinach and blend for about 30 seconds until creamy.
