Blueberry torte: Graham cracker crust, creamy custard, and sweet blueberry filling for a decadent cheesecake dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (4.8 ounce) packages graham crackers, crushed
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
  • 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
Instructions:
  • Combine graham crackers, butter, and white sugar in a bowl until well mixed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Chill the crust until firm, approximately 1 hour.
  • Mix cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until fluffy, then gently fold in whipped topping.
  • Evenly spread the creamy cream cheese mixture over the crust then generously top it with luscious blueberry pie filling. Allow it to chill until perfectly firm, whether for 4 hours or overnight.
