Blueberry lavender-infused syrup perfect for lemonade, cocktails, or coffee.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1.5 tablespoons dried lavender buds
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, simmer water, blueberries, sugar, and honey until boiling. Reduce heat to a gentle simmer, then add lavender, stir well, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Allow the mixture to cool for 10 minutes before straining it into a jar through a fine mesh strainer. Use a spoon to press the berries through the strainer to extract all the flavorful juices. Refrigerate for up to 1 month.
