Indulge in homemade boiled lobster with ease.
Ingredients:
  • 2 to 4 quarts water
  • 2 live lobsters, about 1 pound each
  • Butter or margarine, melted, if desired
  • Lemon wedge, if desired
Instructions:
  • Fill a 6-quart Dutch oven or stockpot one-third full with water and bring it to a boil. Carefully add the lobsters headfirst into the water. Cover and bring back to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until the lobsters are bright red. Drain and enjoy!
